How do we pack your books before shipment?
We try our best to ensure books received by you in good condition by wrapping up with plastic and then a brown paper. Please refer below photos:
We take a snapshot on the shipment form after shipment is done and send it to your email account as a prove of delivery. The tracking code can also be found as circled. Please key in the complete code into the parcel tracking website
